Your personal information and health data will never be sold to third parties. Ever. This is not a technicality — it is a founding principle of how Reframe operates.

We will never share your information with Facebook, Google, Snapchat, or any other advertising platform for retargeting or lookalike audience purposes. What you share with us stays with us.

We do not share your information with your employer, your family, your friends, or anyone else in your life. Your decision to seek support is yours alone.

You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@reframeformen.com. No friction, no dark patterns, no guilt trips.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to provide the service:
- Your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account
- Basic information you provide during the intake process (name, location, what you're looking for)
- Communication preferences and session scheduling information
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe, never stored directly by Reframe
- General usage data to improve the platform (pages visited, features used)
What we do not collect
- The content of your therapy sessions — those are private between you and your therapist
- Your precise location beyond what's needed for therapist matching
- Any data from your device beyond standard analytics
- Information about your contacts, social networks, or relationships
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Match you with an appropriate licensed therapist
- Send you service-related communications (scheduling, updates, receipts)
- Improve the Reframe platform and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations where required
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing and improving the Reframe service.
Therapist network partners
Reframe partners with licensed therapist networks including Alma and Headway to provide clinical services. When you are matched with a therapist, limited information necessary to facilitate your care is shared with the relevant network. These partners are bound by their own HIPAA-compliant privacy policies and are not permitted to use your information for any purpose beyond providing your care.
HIPAA compliance
Reframe is committed to full compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your protected health information is handled according to the highest standards of healthcare data protection.
Data security
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored directly on Reframe servers.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website. This data is anonymized and aggregated — we cannot identify individual users from this data. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels of any kind.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Opt out of non-essential communications
- Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes to this policy we will notify you by email before those changes take effect. We will never retroactively change how we handle data you've already shared with us.
